The Peppol network is a European system to facilitate electronic procurement processes between companies and government organizations within Europe. The network allows the exchange of standardized documents such as invoices, purchase orders and shipping notices between different parties, regardless of the ERP systems or accounting software used. To access the Peppol network, companies must join a certified Peppol Access Point. These access points act as intermediaries for sending and receiving documents.

IAMD. ERP collaborates with the Isabel Group for this purpose. This help desk article explains how you can set up your IAMD environment to also start using Peppol.
For this, you will need some official documents, which you will have to upload in IAMD. ERP. These will be forwarded to the Isabel Group. With this they will check if your company can be connected to the Peppol network.

Step 1: Open the settings of your establishment

Go to Settings > General > Establishments
Open the establishment for which you want to activate Peppol

Step 2: Fill in mandatory-following-data

  • Full official name (including bv, nv, ...)

  • VAT number

  • Address

  • Contact person

  • Phone number including country code (ex: +32 444 12 34)

  • Bank account number

Step 3: Collecting documents

Scan the front and back of your ID card, and turn this into a PDF document.

Scan or search for your official certificate of incorporation (as a PDF document). Please note, do not use a copy from a state newspaper here, but rather the copy from at the notary.

Please note that these files can be up to 1 MB in size

Step 4: Press the 'Peppol' tab at your establishment

  1. Upload here the requested PDF files from previous step

  2. Then press 'request'. This will send a request to connect your company to the Peppol network to the Isabel Group.

  3. An application can then take up to 7 business days. IAMD. has no control over the duration of this application, as it is fully processed by the Isabel Group (a qualified Peppol network point).
Come check this page daily to see if your application has been approved
