When exporting plant data from IAMD. ERP to Climapulse, selecting the correct installation type (heating or cooling) is a necessary step. You will receive an error message if no type was selected. This article explains why this specification is important and how to set it up within the IAMD. ERP system.

Need-of-type-specification

When exporting installation data to Climapulse, Climapulse requires that the type of installation be clearly specified. This specification helps correctly categorize and manage the installation within the Climapulse system. The plant type affects certain operational aspects and regulatory requirements within Climapulse, making this step crucial for a successful integration.

To meet this requirement, IAMD. ERP has an additional drop-down list that allows you to specify the appropriate type of installation:

  • Heating: For installations designed primarily for heating rooms.

  • Cooling: For installations designed primarily for cooling spaces.

This drop-down list has been added specifically to facilitate interfacing with Climapulse and to ensure that all relevant data is transmitted correctly.
By default, however, this field is not visible with an installation. You can easily make it visible via Fields and sections.
