The link between IAMD and Kramp allows Kramp's entire product catalog to be searchable and usable in IAMD ERP. This allows you to look up a product directly from their catalog. You purchase at your own customer price from Kramp, while selling effortlessly at Kramp's gross cost price.

To link your IAMD. ERP environment with Kramp, you need 3 pieces of data:
Your customer number
Your username
Your password
You will then add a link to Kramp via your profile.

Note: if you also want to import orders from Kramp, your general login from the Kramp web shop will not work. Then you will need custom login details. Kramp calls these the FTP data. If you have not received these you can simply request them from Kramp.

How do I set up this link
To set up the pairing with Cramp, follow these steps:

5. | The system will now try to log on with this data. Should this fail you will receive an error message. |

Should every user do this?
Yes, every user who wants to use the link with Kramp will also have to set up the link themselves through their profile. It is possible to share a login to Kramp with multiple employees, but everyone must add this link separately in IAMD ERP.
