You add a supplier's product to your own product catalog by adding this item a first time to a quote / work order / sales order / invoice. By hovering your mouse pointer over the truck icon you will see a pop-up with more information about the product. Then select "Create fixed product" here.
IAMD ERP then copies all relevant information to your product catalog.
