This task was usually already performed by IAMD's account manager upon implementation - Proceed to 'How do I connect to my external network drive?'
Go to 'Settings'
Select under the 'General' tab where you wish to store your data and the url to this location
Then press 'Save'
How do I pair with my external network drive (NAS)?
In order to access a network drive, each user must link to it separately.
Go to 'My profile' via the cog icon at the top right.
Go to the 'Links' tab.
Press the 'Add' button and select 'External network drive (WebDav)'
Enter your username and password and select 'Save'
On each entity (customer, quote, invoice, project,....) a tab 'Documents' can now be provided that gives access to this external network drive.
