Registering time registration on a prospect
It is possible to register a time registration already on a prospect. This can provide interesting insights if your sales department is going to record how much time they have to spend converting a prospect to a real customer. This way you can start optimizing your sales process deftly.
The timekeeping itself, however, is not done through the prospect itself, but through the quotation you make for your prospect. Through the start/stop time recording on the quotation, the time recorded is also automatically linked to the prospect and also to the quotation.
This way you not only keep track of how long it took to create a quote, but also how much time was put into a prospect before they (hopefully) converted to a customer.
You can add the 'Time records' section to both a quote and a prospect to get an overview of time spent.
