One platform for all carriers
With SendCloud you can send your packages in no time. Without difficult contracts with shipping parties you can immediately start sending Bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD,GLS,... shipments. This is done through Sendcloud's central contract, which means you don't need direct contact with the shipping parties. But of course you can also work with your own contracts.

GLS credentials for using your own contract via SendCloud
To use your own GLS contract in Sendcloud, you must request the credentials of your GLS contract below via [email protected]. With this request, you must explicitly mention that you wish to use the contract in Sendcloud.

Customer number
Contact ID
Important
For the field Username and Customer number, you must use identically the same code
As soon as you have these credentials, you can easily load the contract into your Sendcloud account via Settings > Carriers & Prices > My contracts > GLS. To load your own contract, you must use one of our paid subscriptions or have a trial of these subscriptions active in your account.
