How do I create a label with SendCloud?

Create and print label

If you want to ship an order you are going to create a delivery.
For this delivery you can create a shipping label with Sendcloud.

Go to your delivery and choose Action > Create Sendcloud label


Select the desired shipping method and specify the number of packages. Email and phone it will take over from the customer sheet.


Press 'Create' and you will then get a notification at the top of your delivery that the label has been successfully created.


Through the 'Download' button you can download the label, through 'Print' you can print the label immediately.
Further, you will also get a link to the track & trace page. The customer will receive this information via email.

Delete label

Once a label is created it will also be notified and picked up by the carrier. If necessary you can also undo the creation of a label again via Action > Delete Sendcloud label
