Tradeplace is an independent company founded by, among others, BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, Electrolux Appliances AB, Whirlpool Europe B.V. and TP Vision Europe B.V. Tradeplace provides a unified communication between suppliers and buyers for sharing catalogs, prices and placing orders.
Before you begin
To connect your IAMD. ERP environment with Tradeplace, you will need the following data:
Account on Tradeplace
Customer number (start with TP followed by numbers)
Username
Password
Access to Tradeplace PIMs
At least 1 activated and approved vendor
Add link in IAMD
In IAMD, go to My Profile via the cog icon at the top right. Navigate to the Links tab and click the + Add button at the bottom and choose Supplier Links and Tradeplace.
Enter your Tradeplace number under Customer number. followed by your Tradeplace PIMs login information. Click Save.
Import products
In Tradeplace PIMS you need to configure exports that will forward your product catalog to our link. Only products forwarded to this link will be found in IAMD.
The Tradeplace link does not yet offer the ability to retrieve new prices yourself. Each time you want a price update, you will have to re-enter the export profile.

1. | Navigate to Tradeplace PIMS and log in. Navigate to Data Export and Create a new export profile

2. | Select the suppliers you want to create the export for and choose your customer code. (Not every supplier requires a customer code) |  |
3. | Select TradeXML v2.0
as the Export format. |  |
4. | Please select which data you want to export. |  |
5. | Choose Full TradeXML as the Export Template and |  |
6. | Give your export file a name and choose the IAMD export profile. Create this if it does not already exist. |  |
7. | Choose HTTP and enter as url https://tradeplace.iamd.io/import. The box for Headers may be left blank. Finally, choose a name for this profile
