To create an accounting link with Yuki, you only need 1 thing: your API key. You can find this in your Yuki environment itself.
Where do I find my API key in Yuki?
A user with the role management or back office employee can generate an API key in a Yuki domain. To do this, go to Settings and under Integrations, click Webservices.
When you click on this you can create a domain or administration API key. The administration API key is the most commonly used and only allows access to that specific administration. A domain API key gives access to the entire domain (for example, for contacts). Type of administration also shows you the administration ID, which you will need during further setup in the program to be linked. The Administration ID can also be found via the options discussed on this page.
Setting up in IAMD
Go to Settings > Sales Invoice > Accounting
. As the accounting export, choose "Visma Yuki" and enter the API key in the appropriate field.
Note
If you want to link multiple administrations, you must create multiple API keys.
