The 'Events' section contains the history of a particular object. Normally you can see here when an object was created in IAMD. ERP., when it was last edited and so on.

This section defaults to each entity.

This list is always sorted in reverse chronological order - so the most recent events are at the top. You will see a description of the event (create, modify, delete, etc.) and the name of the user and the time when this action was performed.

If you do not see this section with your entity, open your entity's settings (for example, 'Sales Invoice') and add the 'Events' section through Fields and Sections.

For items that can be shipped, such as quotes, orders or invoices, you can check the time of shipment under the 'Events' tab.

The e-mail that was sent can also be viewed. To do so, use the 'Show email' link, which will open a pop-up where you can see the email that was sent at the time.
