A customer can be either an individual or a professional consumer, with optionally multiple addresses as well. Each address can be further divided into multiple premises. At IAMD, we chose the term "buildings" instead of "rooms" because in most cases this covers the load better.
For example, for a private customer, Family Janssens, we track their accumulation heating in the system.
