How does synchronization of installations with Climapulse work?

This help desk article explains how to export an individual installation to Climapulse or pair it with an existing installation in Climapulse.

Export or link an installation

You can export an individual installation to Climapulse via the green action button after opening the installation in IAMD. ERP. You then choose "Link with Climapulse."
You will then be asked whether you want to link an existing installation or create a new one.

Choose between existing or new installation

If you choose to link an existing installation, you will get a list of installations from Climapulse. You can use the filters at the top to search or browse through them.

When you have found your installation you can simply click on it. The system will now link the existing installation in Climapulse to the installation in IAMD. ERP.

If you choose to create a new installation in Climapulse, a new installation is created in Climapulse and automatically linked to the correct client. If necessary, this customer is also automatically created. You can read more about this in this help desk article.

We currently provide the following information with Climapulse:

  • The name

  • The type (heating, cooling, ...)

  • The customer this installation is to be linked to

  • The location where this installation is located (which in turn is linked to the client)
