Through the work order module, you can easily pass the order for inspection, repair or annual maintenance, for example, to one of your technicians. They then carry out the action, report how much time they have spent on it and what materials they have used for this, and you easily invoice this to your customer (if applicable).

At the work order, on the 'Installations' tab, you then choose to add an installation to the work order. This way, your technician will also suddenly see in his app all relevant information about the installation itself (brand, type, serial number, location in the building, ...). The employee can then add any comments to his work and save them.

From the "Action" drop-down list, the technician can choose from several options, such as "Repair", "Maintenance performed", "Defect", ... This enters directly into the list of actions at the installation itself.
