At an installation, the date of the last maintenance or inspection can be tracked. If you do that, along with its periodicity, the system can automatically calculate the next date of maintenance itself. This takes a lot of manual thinking out of your hands and prevents errors.
If you perform the maintenance or inspection via a work order, this will even be done fully automatically.
