This help desk article gives you a general explanation of time tracking in IAMD. ERP. There are several ways to do your timekeeping in the system and also through the FieldApp your employees can register their working hours.

Each employee (if his or her rights allow it) has access to his or her own timesheets. You can find these by clicking on the cog in the top right corner and choosing My timesheets.
The timesheets give you an idea of how many hours you have already registered today and how many hours you have worked too little or too much based on your user's set schedule.
It is also possible to get an overview per week or per month.

View timesheets of other users

In principle, an employee cannot consult other users' timesheets unless they have been given explicit rights to do so. You will then need the right "Read all data" on the entity 'Timesheets'. If you have this right you will see a selection box in the upper right corner to choose an employee.

Add a time record manually

Normally, time registrations will result from todo's that are started or stopped or by entering your working hours through the FieldApp, but adding or modifying a time registration manually is also possible. For this you use the plus button in the timesheet overview.

This form can be completely customized, so which fields are required or not may possibly differ.

Export time registrations

It is possible to download a PDF report or an Excel report of the time registrations. To do so, use the 'download' button at the bottom right in the My timesheets overview.
