Your employees can register absences via Officient. These absences can be transferred to IAMD so that they can be taken into account in timekeeping and scheduling. To correctly transfer these absences to IAMD, it is important to set all calendar types from Officient to IAMD.

Request calendar types from Officient

  1. Log in to Officient (as an employer)

  2. Go to settings at the top right via the cog-wheel

  3. Go to "Calendar Types" under the "Module Settings" heading

Set calendar types in IAMD

  • Go to the IAMD platform

  • Go to Settings

via the cog icon at the top right.

  • Go to absence and under 'Additional Settings' choose 'Types'.

  • Take over all calendar types from Officer and press 'Save'

Please note
The calendar types must match 1 to 1. If a calendar type is missing or not set correctly within IAMD, it will be set within IAMD to calendar type 'Unknown' If this calendar type is not provided, be sure to add it.
