You cannot export an individual customer to Climapulse at this time. However, if you were to export an installation or work order to Climapulse, the associated customer will automatically be exported along with it. You can read more about exactly how this works in this help desk article.
If you are looking for how to set up Climapulse, please refer to this help desk article.

Before we would create a new customer in Climapulse, it is checked whether a customer already exists with the same data.
If that is the case, then no new customer is created, but the installation will be automatically linked to the existing customer in Climapulse.
To look up an existing customer, the system goes through several steps. If after one step a customer is found, then that customer is used.
If after all the steps still no customer was found, then a new customer is created.
We search the 'integration IDs'. This is the unique ID from our software. Indeed, this may not yet be present when we export a customer.
The name of the customer (case insensitive). Here we search if there are clients where the name matches. The name in Climapulse may possibly be longer than the name in IAMD.
The VAT number (exact match, but case insensitive).
If after the VAT number check still no matching customer was found, a new customer will be created.
At the moment we are sending along the following data:
Name
Address (address line, second address line, zip code and city)
Telephone number(s)
E-mail address(es)
VAT number
Language (NL/FR)
