This help desk article explains how to export an individual work order to or link it with an existing work order in Climapulse.
If you are looking for how to set up the Climapulse link, this help desk article will help you further.
If you want to know more about exactly how the Climapulse coupler works you will find more information in this help desk article on how the Climapulse coupler works.

Export or link a work order

You can export an individual work order to Climapulse via the green action button after opening the work order in IAMD. ERP. You then choose "Export to Climapulse."
You will then be asked whether you want to link an existing job in Climapulse or create a new job.

Export the work order via the green action button.

If you choose to link an existing work order in Climapulse, you will get a list of work orders. You can use the filters at the top to search or browse through them.

A list of existing commands in Climapulse

When you have found the matching command you can simply click on it. The system now links the existing job in Climapulse to the work order in IAMD. ERP.

If you choose to create a new work order, a new order is created in Climapulse and automatically linked to the correct client. The corresponding installation(s) will also be linked automatically.
If necessary, this customer will also be created automatically. You can read more about this in this helpdesk article.
It is also possible that the linked installation(s) to the work order are also exported to Climapulse if they do not already exist there. You can read more about this in this helpdesk article.

We currently provide the following information to Climapulse when creating an order:

  • The short description and number of the work order

  • The note you noted when you linked an installation to the work order. This will end up in the "Internal Notes" field.

  • The start date of the work order

  • The end date of the work order (if completed).

  • The person responsible for the work order. This will be the "technician" in Climapulse.

  • The customer this work order is associated with.

  • The address details of the work order.

  • The linked installation(s).

Note
Climapulse does not allow you to create a work order without also linking 1 - and exactly 1 - installation to it. You will therefore get an error message saying that you must first link an installation to your work order before you can export to Climapulse.

Once the work order is exported or linked you will get a green bar at the top with the notification that this work order has been exported to Climapulse.
