You can set a default transport type for each user. This allows you to automatically determine which hour type is used to charge transportation time to your customers for this user.

There are two options, the default transport type and the default hourly transport type. Which field you use depends on your method of operation.

Do you not record the time of the transport, but the kilometers? Then set the default transport type.

If you are registering the time of transport but not the mileage, set the default hour type for transport.
